Innovate-Educate is a national industry-led partnership with education and government leaders to develop and coordinate innovative efforts to inspire and engage education professionals and students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), resulting in a competitive workforce for the U.S. We are focused on empowering improvements in P-20 education by leveraging the leadership and skills of global technology corporations and education thought leaders.
Innovation is the key to solving the crisis we face, and Innovate-Educate is a movement to address the critical state of U.S. education so we remain competitive with the rest of the world.
We can no longer work in silos.
Innovate-Educate believes collaboration is important in solving the incredibly complex problems we face in education. Industry should partner in more efficient and systemic ways to create sustainability in those models that are working across the country. Corporations want to invest in the future, but need to know that there will be a positive return on their education investment. Innovate-Educate has partnered with several of the world’s top corporations to help assess the most effective programs so that they can be scaled nationally and internationally.
STEM is a primary focus of Innovate-Educate as we work to raise awareness and advance systemic and sustainable models. But STEM is more than just “education.” It must be pervasive throughout the education process because it is the key to economic prosperity for the U.S. and fundamental to our national security. And, it is relevant to all career fields today. Students need to see the relevancy in their education and will no longer stand for sitting in a classroom and not understand how it pertains to their future – scholarly and financially. Good, high-paying jobs today, require fundamentals in STEM.
