There must be one national voice for STEM education. We are that voice.
The pace of change in our world requires more emphasis and mastery of STEM skills than we currently provide. We know that with an innovative vision and the proper process management towards improving STEM education, U.S. students will be the best-educated and most-desired workforce ever.
Innovate-Educate aims to engage industry leaders and encourage states to embrace policies that make it easier to design smart solutions that serve 21st century students and address 21st century challenges. The quick impulse is to dictate one-size-fits-all solutions across the board, but we seek to foster a flexible, performance-oriented culture that will help our schools meet today’s educational challenges.
Innovate-Educate will lead the nation to ensure the proper STEM education occurs in every state. Our efforts to create new opportunities and new ideas at the state and national level may just serve as the first straightforward model this country has seen for delivering systematic improvements in STEM education by applying best practices in a coordinated, methodical, and proven way.
