The Plan
A focus on STEM education will foster America’s next generation of innovators and leaders.
Industry should partner with the private sector, philanthropy, and local, state, and federal governments, students and community stakeholders to accomplish several key objectives:
- Build a national STEM infrastructure
- Improve the pipeline of STEM educators
- Create demand for STEM education among youth and parents
- Improve access to and coordination of STEM resources
As our organization evolves this year, you will find it easier than ever before to access educational opportunities from throughout New Mexico and the country. Our plan is ambitious and essentially will be the first of its kind as we work to create it. And, we need your help to do it. We appreciate any feedback and assistance while we get to work.
